These spaces are ideal for therapists, wellness professionals, healers, support group facilitators, coaches, and community organizers looking for a supportive and accessible environment to host their work.
Our group room:
is designed with comfort, grounding, and connection in mind. This space comfortably accommodates up to 10–12 participants and includes:
First floor accessible office space.
Access to the wifi, waiting area, kitchenette, and restrooms included.
Free parking available.
Access to yoga mats, equipment, or tables and chairs upon request.
Cleaning or setup fee may apply for events involving food, art, or large setups (+$20).
Reservation required; payment due at booking.
Investment:
Hourly: $40/hour
Half-day(Four hour block): $120
Full-day(Eight hour block): $180
Availability: Flexible weekday morning/afternoon slots + weekends.
Subleasing an Office Space:
We offer beautifully furnished offices for licensed professionals wanting a consistent, private space to meet clients.
Each office includes:
Modern, comfortable therapy furniture
Desk + chair setup
Décor aligned with the Healing Waves aesthetic
Access to shared waiting room, restroom, and kitchenette
Wi-Fi included
Printer access
Free onsite parking
Sublease Options:
Monthly Sublease: Starting at $300–$600/month depending on office + days per week
Daily Drop-In: $75/day (perfect for therapists who only need occasional in-person availability)
Office Address Use: $25/month allows the use of the address only for mailing, business registration, and correspondence purposes.
