“Therapy with Rigo is like having a trusted confidant in your passenger seat of your dream car on a long road trip. No matter what you face on the road, Rigo will be there through all of it by your side. In therapy there will be more than just traditional talk therapy, you will be able to express and show how you feel and think while holding space to analyze what just happened. Therapy with Rigo can also be cozy, providing a safe space where you can bring yourself even at 1% which is just as important at any other percent. Therapy with Rigo will be more of an active and gentle approach than that of a passive one.”
