Hello I'm Brittany Lucas a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate, and a human doing the work alongside you. I am a military spouse, and I have experience working with adults and adolescents. I have had the privilege of supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, personality disorders, self-esteem issues, and life transitions such as divorce and relocation. I have also worked closely with military personnel navigating PTSD, deployment-related stress, and major life changes that come with frequent moves.

I have a strong passion for helping people work through complex issues, including codependency and low self-esteem. My goal as a therapist is to create a warm, supportive space where clients can feel comfortable sharing their stories and exploring their goals. I strive to help individuals rebuild their confidence, develop healthier relationships, and feel more grounded in their everyday lives.

My clinical approach is person-centered, strength-based, and grounded in mindfulness and motivational therapy. I believe in meeting clients where they are and empowering them to make meaningful, lasting changes. I am non-judgmental, empathetic, and deeply committed to walking alongside those ready to engage in their healing journey.
