About Ebony Brown, MSW, LCSWA
Relocating to a new city, navigating demanding careers, and trying to meet everyone’s expectations while keeping it together emotionally—Ebony understands how overwhelming that can feel. She specializes in supporting women, especially women of color, who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and imposter syndrome.
Ebony creates a collaborative and culturally affirming space where clients can unpack unhelpful thought patterns, reconnect with their values, and develop practical tools for confidence and emotional balance. Her approach is warm, empowering, and rooted in helping clients feel more grounded and aligned with the version of themselves they want to be.
Ebony is passionate about walking alongside individuals as they move through periods of change, stress, and growth—helping them build clarity and resilience with intention.
